CLC: how we work

The production cycle of our products, whether they are wine tanks, water storage tanks or other manufactured products, is structured in strictly scheduled phases to guarantee maximum efficiency and quality.

But let us see these phases together.

Feasibility study and analysis

The preparatory phase of actual production work is extremely important.

We are talking about a phase of analysis and feasibility study of the project.

At CLC, listening to the customer’s needs is fundamental: not only do we make sure that we understand their functional needs, but we also pay great attention to the stylistic aspects they require. This relationship of listening and understanding allows us to make products that fully meet the customer’s expectations.

Design

This preliminary evaluation phase is followed by the actual design, carried out in close contact with architects and engineers to ensure maximum precision and adequacy to the specifications required.

Our team of technicians, for each job, provides drawings and renderings, thus ensuring that every detail is taken care of and conforms to the expectations of the project . We use photo-realism software able to imagine a space or read correctly plans and perspectives.

This allows us to work safely on the technical aspects, and to fully concentrate on the photographic project and the management of spaces.

Start of work

After these phases and approval of the project we “roll up our sleeves” and get to work!

We have a covered shed, equipped with advanced lifting and handling equipment. The concrete is produced directly in our plant thanks to a modern fully automated mixing plant, which optimizes the technical and physical characteristics of the dough according to the specific needs of each project and product. The production of the conglomerate is done “just in time”, avoiding the use of additives and retardancy often present in prepacked concrete .

The production phase

The production is organized like a real assembly line. It starts with the preparation of the armour and the casting of the individual walls. Once dry, the walls are raised and progressively assembled until the cover plate is cast and the surfaces are finished.

This well-defined process allows a project to be completed in about four days from start to finish.

The CLC plus

In other words: technology and innovation combined with the “artregian” craftsmanship make our products unique.

The expert hand of man transforms simple materials such as gravel, sand, concrete and water into useful and functional structures. The simplicity of the process is a fundamental rule that guarantees high quality: each processing step is streamlined to ensure efficiency and precision, bringing projects to completion in a smooth and orderly manner.
